Business support services companies in Brazil

Brazil's Receita Federal (CNPJ registry) lists 1,166,448 companies in administrative and support service activities (ISIC section N), all of them active, which is 10.7% of all Brazilian records in the LatSouth build (data as of 2026-10-10). By state, São Paulo leads with 394,438 (34% of the section), followed by Minas Gerais (134,799) and Rio de Janeiro (97,228). Staffing agencies, security firms, cleaning and facilities companies, travel agencies, call centres and the catch-all 'other business support' class. It is a labour-heavy section: HR tech, EOR and payroll, workforce management and fleet vendors use it. Division 82 (business support n.e.c.) is where many outsourcing and BPO companies register. In Brazil, 100% of these rows carry an ISIC class; size is known for 63%; 12.1% have a corporate domain or HTTP-verified website; 128,875 were registered in the 12 months before the extraction.
