LATAM company data, from the official registries, in English.
20,007,308 company records from the government registries of Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Argentina, Ecuador, Paraguay and the Dominican Republic, rebuilt into one English schema with ISIC Rev.4 codes, harmonised status and size, and the personal data removed. Company data only, by design.
Built for teams entering Latin America, not for people who read Portuguese tax codes.

Why verified contacts
The registry e-mail is often years old or the accountant's. These 115,148 companies have a website that answered our HTTP check and publish a role e-mail or phone on it; every contact carries its source URL and fetch date. 1,006,749 Brazilian companies have a verified website in all.
Brazil packages
Tech & Software (300,455), Mid-Market & Enterprise (763,216) and Fintech & Financial Institutions (41,537) with registered contacts, from US$299.
Whole-country files
Every company in one registry, in the unified schema, from US$249 (Ecuador) to US$549 (Chile). Brazil's full universe is quoted on request.
Pay per row on Apify
Filtered pulls from code or an agent: Brazil and Mexico at US$3 per 1,000 rows, LATAM (7 countries) at US$4; Brazil health facilities and government contracts & suppliers (Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Peru) at US$5 per 1,000 records.
One source per country, rebuilt every release, personal data out.
- SourceOnly the official bulk files of each registry, downloaded from the agency's own servers with a byte-level manifest. Websites are then HTTP-checked, and for Brazilian contacts and technographics the verified homepage is read once by LatSouthBot after its robots.txt; no site-wide crawling, no social networks, no purchased lists.
- RebuildEvery release is rebuilt from scratch, never patched: decode, validate row counts, scrub control bytes, keep legal entities, drop everything personal.
- HarmoniseSix national activity classifications are mapped to ISIC Rev.4 with the official correspondence tables (IBGE, INEGI, DANE, SII, SUNAT, INEC, CEP XXI); legal forms, status and size are normalised with the basis kept on each row.
- Validate and publishRow counts per partition must equal the source, identifiers must be unique, masks must hold and no contact column may enter the unified set, or the build aborts. Then the files, the actors and this site are regenerated from the same Parquet.
What we will and will not sell.
Company data only
Natural persons and individual entrepreneurs are removed at build time; partner and director tables are never loaded; owner-named legal forms are masked. No partner data, no personal mailboxes, no profiles of people; homepage contacts are company role mailboxes and phones only. How that holds under LGPD and the other six laws.
Sources you can verify
Official public sources of nine countries, downloaded from the agencies' own servers with byte-level manifests, credited on every row and on every page. Counts on this site are measured on the current build; the filters are published. Methodology.
Honest limits
Chile has an activity for 51% of companies, Argentina has no status flag, Ecuador has no street address, Mexico is an edition from May 2026. Every country page says what is missing before you pay. Known limitations.
Questions buyers ask before paying.
What exactly is in a LatSouth file?
Company records from the official registry of each country, rebuilt into one English schema: tax identifier, legal and trade name, legal form, status, sector, native activity code with English label, ISIC Rev.4 section, division and class, size class, employee bracket where published, region, city and address, corporate e-mail domain, website, registration date, the registry extraction date and the source credit. Brazil-only files add the registered phone with an accountant-contact flag and the registered e-mail when it is a company role mailbox; Brazil Verified Contacts adds the role e-mail and phone each company publishes on its own verified homepage.
Which countries are covered, and how fresh is each one?
Brazil (Receita Federal, monthly), Mexico (INEGI DENUE edition 05/2026), Chile (SII nómina 2026-08 and RES), Colombia (RUES, monthly pull), Peru (SUNAT Padrón RUC, monthly), Argentina (Registro Nacional de Sociedades, cut 2026-09-18) and Ecuador (SRI Catastro RUC, monthly). Paraguay (DNIT RUC listing, monthly) and the Dominican Republic (state suppliers and certified MSMEs, ODbL) are in the unified build and the actors, with a country page each, but not yet in the files and packages. Every row carries data_as_of, and each country page shows its date.
How is 'active' defined?
By the registry's own status field wherever it exists: Brazil situação cadastral 02, Chile no término de giro, Colombia not cancelled or in liquidation and renewed in 2025-26, Peru estado ACTIVO, Ecuador estado ACTIVO. Mexico's DENUE lists operating establishments only. Argentina publishes no status, so the site and the actor use the activity-row signal (status = active_activity) as the proxy and say so.
Do you sell personal data or contacts of people?
No. The product is company data by design: natural persons and individual entrepreneurs are removed at build time, partner and director tables are never loaded, and sole-owner legal forms whose name is the owner's name are masked. Where a registry publishes a company's filed phone or e-mail (Brazil, Mexico, part of Colombia) it ships in that country's file as a company contact, never in the LATAM unified set; in Brazil and Mexico a filed e-mail ships only when it is a role mailbox on the company's own domain, and personal or free-mail addresses are withheld. Brazil Verified Contacts carries only role mailboxes on the company's own domain and published company phones, read from the company's verified homepage; personal mailboxes, free-mail and shared or accountant domains are excluded.
What formats do I get, and how is the file delivered?
CSV (UTF-8, comma-separated, header row) and Parquet with identical columns, plus a data dictionary and the source credit, delivered as a zip download or a signed cloud URL within one business day of purchase. Files open in Excel and Google Sheets (large files need a split), pandas, DuckDB, BigQuery and Snowflake.
How are the row counts on this site measured?
With DuckDB queries on the current build at site-build time; the filter behind every count is published on the methodology page and in the data dictionary so you can reproduce it on the raw open data. Counts change slightly with each registry release.
