| Brazil | Monthly. Receita publishes a new extraction roughly every month; the whole dataset is rebuilt from scratch on each release. |
| Mexico | Per DENUE edition. The current files use edition 05/2026 (published 2026-05-20). INEGI refreshes DENUE roughly yearly; we rebuild when a new edition is published. |
| Chile | SII publishes the nómina roughly yearly (August) and the sales/employee tables in January; RES is monthly. Current files: SII 2026-08-03, RES through 2026-08-31. |
| Colombia | Monthly pull of the live RUES registry (data_as_of = latest RUES update date in the pull); Supersociedades is the 2025 year-end filing. |
| Peru | Monthly. SUNAT publishes the Padrón RUC each month; the reducido is refreshed daily and read at build time. |
| Argentina | Per snapshot. The ministry publishes one snapshot file per year, refreshed periodically (current cut 2026-09-18); we rebuild on each new cut. |
