Section K, financial and insurance activities, holds 8,215 Peruvian company records as of 2026-09-30, 8,067 of them active. By department, Lima leads with 5,783 (70% of the section), followed by Arequipa (255) and Piura (234). The largest divisions are 64 (financial service activities, except insurance and pension funding, 6,013) and 66 (activities auxiliary to financial service and insurance activities, 1,979); one further division completes it. That is 0.9% of the Peru registry in this build.

The operating institutions are a minority of this section: holding companies (ISIC 6420) and investment funds and trusts (6430) make up most of division 64 in Brazil, Chile and Peru. The LATAM Financial Services package removes those two classes; on this page the counts include them. Banks, credit co-operatives, payment institutions, brokers, insurers and asset managers are what payments infrastructure, KYC/AML, core-banking and insurtech vendors come here for. In Peru, 100% of these rows carry an ISIC class; size is known for 31%; the registry publishes no website or e-mail. EIRL names are masked (1,023 rows in this section); SUNAT publishes no registration date.

Ready-made package: LATAM Financial Services covers ISIC section K (64-66) across the seven countries, minus holding companies (ISIC 6420) and funds and trusts (6430) wherever the class is known: banks, credit institutions, co-operatives, payment and card companies, brokers, fund managers, insurers and pension entities: 488,723 companies in the package, 4,181 of them in Peru, US$449 one-off.
